Order Cancellation Policy

- Order Cancellation: Customers who pay via credit card may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. Instead of a refund, they will receive a coupon for the same value, valid for 30 days for future purchases.
Alee Malic reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including:
- The desired item is out of stock.
- Pricing errors have occurred.

Incomplete Parcels
- Parcel Condition: Please do not accept any parcel that is damaged or has an opened seal.

Sale Items Policy
- Returns and Exchanges: Alee Malic does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
