  • Order Cancellation: Customers who pay via credit card may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. Instead of a refund, they will receive a coupon for the same value, valid for 30 days for future purchases.

Alee Malic reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including:

Incomplete Parcels

  • Parcel Condition: Please do not accept any parcel that is damaged or has an opened seal.
